Covid-19 Safety & Sanitation Rules

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect in our apartments.

Cleaning and disinfection of common areas twice a day (morning and afternoon).

Reinforcement of cleaning in areas sensitive to infection: door handles, locks, windows, switches, lift buttons, digital access controls and other areas where people transit and more specific disinfection is necessary (Stairs, railings…).

Regular ventilation of the facilities on a daily basis and at least for a period of more than 5 minutes.

Hydro-alcoholic solution at the building entrance for use both when entering and leaving.

Apartments are blocked between 24 and 48 hours between clients.

Cleaning personal equipped with masks, gloves and hydro-alcoholic solution.

Cleaning and disinfection of the apartment 24 hours before the entrance of the client.
