  • Very nice apartment with terrace. The furniture is modern and refined. In the kitchen there are all the necessary utensils. The welcome kit was much appreciated! Easy entry with code! Miguel nice and friendly! We hope to come back!

  • Fantastic apartment for our business trip. Easily accessible by public transport with just a 10 minute flat walk to reach the metro. Very respectable part of the city with nice eateries close by and supermarkets for essentials open until late. Concierge available during working hours and responsive friendly management available for assistance. Very modern standard, well equipped, quiet enough with electric shutters towards the roadside and comfortable. We have already booked to stay again!

  • Excellent accommodation, communication, service and amenities. Miguel the concierge could not do enough for us, storing our luggage on arrival and departure, helping with taxis, directions, moving our bags into our room while we were out - just brilliant. The flat was extremely clean, very comfortable (just like home), modern, super comfy beds, great showers, with every appliance you'd need in the kitchen plus complementary dishcloth, washing up liquid, coffee etc. - things you just don't want to have to buy for a few days city break. All-in-all a great experience and we will definitely go back.

  • I had the pleasure of staying at Casa Mercader from Simaba Group in Barcelona with my wife and two kids during December and the Christmas holidays. The experience exceeded all our expectations! Traveling with two small children can be quite an adventure, but the property truly felt like a home away from home, providing comfort and ease for the whole family. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and the location was ideal—just a short distance from Barcelona's prime attractions. We’re already looking forward to returning to Casa Mercader for future holidays in this vibrant and energetic city!
