Full refund for cancellations within 30 days in advance of arrival date. Any modifications of more than 7 nights can be made free of charge within 30 days before the arrival date. Once within 30 days before arrival, modifications of less than 7 nights can be made free of charge 15 days in advance.

Cancellation fee: 1 month of stay.

Extending stays require previous notification and are subject to confirmation.
