Christmas is just around the corner, already announced by the Christmas decorations and garlands in the main streets of Barcelona. That is why November is an ideal month to enjoy Barcelona and discover a great offer of pre-Christmas plans, new and traditional restaurants, and to buy gifts in advance avoiding the crowds during Christmas.

Monk Barcelona
And we finish this post with Monk Barcelona, a unique cocktail bar hidden behind a Pakistani grocery store. The space is impressive: a complete study of the varieties of pink in a sober and stately bar, but very aesthetic: even the cocktails are designed with a view to how the light impacts them! Additionally, there are light art installations on the walls that can be purchased. The place holds the position of third best bar in the world and although I will not tell you where the entrance door to the cocktail bar is to reserve the intrigue, I will tell you that nothing is what it seems and that once your’re inside, you find yourself in a bar that combines Gothic arches and vaults with immersive light art installations. Come find out. Where: Carrer dels Abaixadors, 10, 08003 Barcelona
