The best and newest cafeterias in Barcelona

Truth is that for a long time I wanted to refresh my list of cafeterias in Barcelona where to have a nice dessert. After extensive research and many coffees, I have finally found the best ones and also the newest in the city.
Raw.studio
Very well located at Avenir street number 66, this small and charming coffeeshop opened its doors just over two months ago offering a new gastronomic offer to the neighborhood based on All Day Breakfast style (from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The menu consists of avocado toast, very well done scrambled eggs, healthy bowls, cakes and also homemade cookies. The space is small, although super pleasant thanks to a careful minimal decoration, fresh flowers, wooden furniture and a serving bar with green tiles that gives a unique touch to the place and especially at noon, when the sun shines, It becomes a microclimate in the middle of the city. Welcome to Raw.studio.
Martha's Lemonpie
Located in the Putxet neighborhood here’s my next stop, specialized in artisan pastries such as classic cakes, children's cakes, biscuits, puff pastries and individual small-format desserts. The shop located at Balmes street number 387 is an I+D laboratory where ideas continuously flow towards innovative proposals with an unmistakable savoir faire that lives up to its name thanks to its bestseller, the lemon tart. Without a doubt, Marta's Lemonpie is an unmissable spot for those with a sweet tooth and lovers of a good dessert.
Nudes
I have also found a new place in the multicultural Born neighborhood, specifically at Carrer del Rec street number 10. This modern cafeteria named Nudes offers specialty coffee and healthy delicacies made in-house. The place is very nice and beautifully decorated with industrial style, always with good background music and a lot of good vibes. It has a black column that divides the “self-service” refrigerator area, with the area for tasting -as a tier-, and in the center a pristine white bar that attracts you and invites you to not leave there without ordering something.
Jon Cake
The passion for cooking was the reason why an aeronautical engineer abandoned the stability and comfort of a quiet life and, at the age of 27, decided to bet everything on cooking. After passing through very well-known restaurants such as El Celler de Can Roca or La Tasquería or Lera, the chef and pastry chef Jon García decided to embark on this solo adventure, creating Jon Cake in Barcelona and with it, the artisan cheesecake. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance, but in its premises and store located at number 29 Assaonadors street, you will also find all the cakes in small portions, as well as other exclusive varieties and other surprises. Come and try!
